Our Preventative Maintenance Programs Save Money

For your convenience, Quality Heating is pleased to provide two separate optional preventative maintenance agreements for you to choose from. Each is designed to help keep your heating and cooling systems in tip-top shape all year long and catch any small problems early before they have a chance to become potentially costly bigger problems. For a low yearly fee we will come to your home or business and provide the comprehensive seasonal maintenance services necessary to keep your systems humming along as well as save you money by preventing expensive major repairs.

Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA)

A PMA from Quality Heating Includes:

  • Year by Year contract covering two (2) visits per year for residential customers
  • Year by Year contract covering four (4) visits per year for commercial customers
  • Complete systems inspections and basic filter change
  • Thorough cleanings of systems

Preventative Maintenance and Repair Agreement (PMRA)

For just a little more each year, this agreement will also cover labor costs for any needed repairs that may be discovered during inspection and cleaning visits. All you have to do is pay for parts, and we’ll do the rest!

A PMRA from Quality Heating includes:

  • Year by Year contract covering two (2) visits per year for residential customers
  • Year by Year contract covering four (4) visits per year for commercial customers
  • Complete systems inspections and basic filter change
  • Thorough cleanings of systems
  • Labor costs associated with any repairs that may be needed
